Well the first month of the year is over! (Insert shocked face emoji here) While I spent January working, I did book an overseas trip for June woohoo!! February marks my return to uni, and a return to part time employment down from full time, very exciting. My favourites this month are a combination of skincare, makeup and accessories.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion: With summer now in full swing my skin's oiliness has really taken off, and with more oil comes more pimples. This has been a life saver to reduce them quickly overnight, literally drying them out. For my skins sake I'm hoping for a short summer.

Tarte Bling It on Blush Palette: I know this was limited edition over Christmas and while the palette is awesome I've been wearing the colour Prim literally every day. It's the perfect natural, understated colour for work and these blushes have amazing staying power, proven by the fact they are in my Sweat Proof Summer Makeup Routine.

The Horse Watch The Original Rose Gold with Black Face: I got this for Christmas from my parents and I'm in love. It's so huge on my tiny wrist, which makes it look even cooler. It's the perfect colours to match all my outfits and its simple face with the rose gold touches looks awesome. It's definitely love.

Benefit Roller Lash Mascara: This mascara has got so much hype on youtube since it was launched I finally picked it up to try it out. I'm a huge lover of the Benefit They're Real Mascara, and I love this one just as much. The wand is curved which gives a great amount of lift to my very straight and short eyelashes. The formula isn't too wet and it doesn't smudge, a yay for my oily eyelids.

Maybelline Color Drama Intense Velvet Lip Pencil in Berry Much: I am completely in love with not only the product but this colour. It's a deep vampy purple, even though it's summer I'm not one for sticking to any sort of rules with makeup so this has been on my lips for most of January. I apply it very carefully, then blot with a tissue old school style, this ensures all excess is removed. What is left is an amazingly pigmented colour that lasts forever. I usually touch up once during the day and I'm all good.

Nivea Pure & Natural Olive & Lemon lip balm: I bought this ages ago and hated it. For some reason when Priceline had a 3 for 2 deal with Nivea I picked this one up again and for some reason love it. It's perfect for day time as it's not too thick but still hydrates my lips.
