Favourite Skincare, Makeup & Hair Products of 2014

2014 has come and gone, which to me is incredible. In 2014, I finished my last semester of university, graduated university, moved to Melbourne, got an internship in Melbourne and decided to go overseas in 2015 with my sister. It was a big year of changes, but these products were my go tos all through the year.
2014 skincare favourites, 2014 makeup favourites, 2014 hair favourites, favourites of 2014, cetaphil oily skin cleaner, garnier moisturiser, kiehls creamy eye treatment, clinique anti-blemish solutions foundation, benefit they're real mascara, rimmel scandaleyes eyeliner, tresemme heat tamer spray, loreal elnett hairspray, batiste dry shampoo
Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser: This cleanser is what I've used for well over a year now and I've used it constantly. It checks all the boxes for me. It's gentle, doesn't dry my face out, cleans my skin and helps keep blemishes at bay. It's a no frills good cleanser that is perfect for sensitive skin.

Garnier Pure Active Anti-imperfection Moisturiser: I can only ever find this at The Chemist Warehouse and I have a feeling it may be discontinued but I love it to death, and if I do find some bottles I'm definitely going to stock up. It's my win-win moisturiser. It leave my skin feeling soft and moisturised, but matte. It keeps me shine free which is great for my combination skin.

Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment Avocado: I have tried other eye creams but I keep coming back to this one and definitely used it the most during 2014. It provides great hydration and my makeup applies perfectly on top of it. Without it my under eye area can get quite dry.

Clinique Anti-Blemish Solutions Foundation in Fresh Alabaster: I haven't used another foundation I don't think in over a year. This gives great coverage, is meant for blemish prone skin and wears really well. It's a medium build foundation, that doesn't look cakey. It's a perfect colour for my skin tone and I just love it and continue to go back to it.

Benefit They're Real Mascara: I love this mascara. For me I can't find anything else like it at a cheaper price so I swallow it and move on. It does. not. budge. I have oily eyelids and this stuff doesn't smudge, flake or end up under my eyes. It also gives great volume and length, and holds a curl really well. I will continue to repurchase this over and over again.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeliner in Nude: I have small eyes and really dark under eyes. Definitely not the best combination, but this eyeliner helps to open up my eyes and make me look a lot less tired. If I do my makeup this is guaranteed to be on my bottom waterline.

Tresemme Heat Tamer Protective Spray: My hair is pretty healthy considering how much heat I use to style it daily. I use this spray every time I use a heat styling tool on my hair. It sprays great, my hair continues to be healthy and it just works great.

L'Oreal Elnett Hair Spray: I have these little frizzy pieces of hair that form a halo of sorts around my head. Not cute. Whenever I wear a bun (which is often) this is my saviour. It holds my hair in place making it look polished and not frizzy at all.

Batiste Dry Shampoo Brunette: On days when I don't wash my hair or just need some extra texture I use this. It's perfect for my dark brown hair and really gets rid of any excess oil in my hair. This is the only dry shampoo I've used for years because of the fact it doesn't make my hair look grey. It's so incredibly easy to use and generally perfect.

I hope you had an amazing 2014, and I'd love to know what your favourite products were in 2014.
