Beauty & Random Favourites

monthly beauty, makeup and random favourites, welcome to the real world by lauren berger, maybelline instant age rewind concealer, biore pore unclogging scrub, maybelline the rocket mascara, brita fill and go water bottle, monthly favorites, monthly favourites, beauty favourites, makeup favourites, book favourite
While I usually spend this post gushing over my favourite beauty and makeup items, this month I've decided to add in some random favourites too. I haven't been purchasing a lot of new products lately, I have to move out of my parent house someday. So in comes a few random favourites I've been loving, why not mix it up a bit.

Welcome to the Real World by Lauren Berger: I graduated from university 2 months ago now and have started the search for a "real life" job. This book has been a great read to prepare myself for the world I will soon be entering into, when I finally get that job. It's got great real world examples and is so easy to read. A must read for any soon to be graduates or who have recently graduated.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer in Fair: This used to be a massive favourite of mine ages ago and my Maybelline Fit Me concealer was looking a bit gross so I decided to switch it up. This one has a light texture and doesn't feel cakey under the eyes. It's got relatively good pigmentation for the price especially when layered. Which is easy to do because of its thin consistency.

Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub: This is another old favourite of mine I tend to always go back to. I often get bored of skincare products and switch them up but I always go back to this scrub. It's not a harsh consistency so I use it daily. It definitely keeps my skin clear, and my skin feels squeaky clean after using it.

Maybelline The Rocket Mascara: This is not available in Australia which is a big shame. My parents recently went overseas so I sent them with a shopping list of items not available in Australia. I am in love with this mascara. It gives great volume, is really waterproof so it doesn't flake or smudge and makes my lashes look so much better. If only I could get my hands on this easily, I'm very jealous of any of my readers who live overseas.

Brita Fill&Go water bottle: I was a huge fan of my Bobble water bottle but in my move to Melbourne it got lost so I decided to upgrade. I'm a huge fan of filtered water bottles as they're environmentally friendly reducing plastic water bottle usage and give you great tasting water in the process. This one is a great size perfect for work, the gym or just chilling around home.

What are some beauty or random favourites you've been loving?
